Tom Heintz is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Paris office. He joined the firm in 2015. Tom has represented clients in a number of international arbitrations, both ad hoc (including under the UNCITRAL Rules) and under the rules of major arbitration centers (ICC, ICSID, etc.). His experience includes commercial and investment disputes, in particular international arbitrations in oil & gas, electricity, construction, and automotive sectors. Prior to joining the firm, Tom worked in the international arbitration practice of an American law firm. While there, he assisted clients in commercial disputes against leading European companies, notably in the energy and construction sectors.
