Eric White is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office, focusing on complex commercial litigation, investigations, and white collar criminal defense. Eric has litigated a broad array of disputes in trial and appellate courts, with a particular focus on commercial contract and fraud litigation, mergers and acquisitions litigation, securities litigation, and complex insurance litigation.
In his practice, Eric has represented a variety of businesses, both large and small, including private equity firms, hospital systems, investment banks, insurance companies, real estate companies, technology firms, oil and gas companies, and more. Eric has significant experience representing these institutions at the trial level, and he consistently plays an instrumental role in all phases of litigation, from pre-litigation negotiations to final verdicts and appeals.
Eric joined the firm in 2019. Prior to joining the firm, he clerked for the Honorable Emily Coody Marks, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama.
