Shivani Arimilli

Shivani Arimilli is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s San Francisco office, first joining the firm in 2023. Her practice spans high-stakes antitrust, commercial, and intellectual property litigation.

She represents both plaintiffs and defendants in complex antitrust disputes, with particular emphasis on the financial services and pharmaceutical markets. Following a $581 million settlement with the world's largest banks and class certification in the Stock Loan Antitrust Litigation, Shivani represents the class in ongoing litigation against the remaining defendant bank, compelling additional discovery for ongoing damages, working with key experts, and developing comprehensive trial strategies. She also maintains an active defense-side practice, including representing a major pharmaceutical company facing monopolization allegations.

Shivani also has experience with prominent technology companies, including defending a prominent social media company in a high-profile co-creation lawsuit, and leading pre-litigation dispute resolution against a large prominent technology company.

Throughout her practice, Shivani demonstrates experience across all phases of complex litigation, from case development through trial. Her ability to distill complex matters into compelling legal arguments has made her a valuable asset in the firm’s most challenging disputes.
