Franz Bergann is a German qualified attorney (Rechtsanwalt) and Associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Berlin office. He joined the firm in 2026. His practice focuses on complex commercial and IP litigation.
Before joining the firm, Franz spent four years working as an associate in the litigation division of the Telecommunications, Media & Technology practice group of a major international law firm. While there, he advised international clients in complex disputes relating to IP and information technology law.
