Miriam Bial is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. She joined the firm in 2022 and rejoined it following a clerkship with the Honorable Lewis J. Liman on the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation and employment litigation. She is active in the firm’s pro bono practice. While pursuing her J.D., she worked in the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York as well as in the New York Attorney General’s Office.
