Jenny Braun is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. Her practice focuses on disputes relating to mergers & acquisitions, financial regulation, and corporate governance. She has particular experience with cases involving allegations of fraud, including securities fraud, and breaches of fiduciary duty. Jenny has defended individuals and corporations against criminal charges, litigated expedited cases in Delaware Court of Chancery, and represented plaintiffs and defendants in government-related civil actions. Jenny also has prepared briefs for appeals and post-conviction proceedings in federal and state courts of appeal. She began her career at another international law firm as an M&A and corporate associate. That experience informs her approach to disputes involving deals and corporate governance.

In law school, she earned the Irving Oberman Memorial Prize for Family Law, a Summer Academic Fellowship, and multiple Dean’s Scholar Prizes. Prior to law school, Jenny was a doctoral candidate in English literature and an English teacher. Though she practices out of the New York office, Jenny is based in St. Louis, where she previously was an attorney in a high-stakes trial boutique. She also has lived and worked in Colorado.
