Jay Burgin is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. He joined the firm in 2025. His practice focuses on antitrust matters, securities law, and other complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, he interned at the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. While at Columbia Law School, Jay was awarded the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Prize and served as the Executive Submissions Editor for the Columbia Journal of Law & Social Problems. Prior to law school, Jay worked as a consultant for a media and consumer research consulting firm.
