Christine J. Chen is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Wilmington office. She joined the firm in 2026. Christine has been a litigator at both a regional Delaware law firm and other national law firms, where she worked on complex corporate and commercial litigation, including deal litigation, executive and director compensation disputes, books and records inspections, and control disputes. Her practice focuses on Delaware corporate governance, particularly concerning founder, stockholder, and control disputes, and deal-related litigation.
