Salvadore Diaz is an associate in Quinn Emanuel's New York office and has been with the firm since 2022. His practice focuses primarily on high-stakes complex commercial litigation, including matters at the intersection of law and emerging technologies. He has represented a robust variety of clients including those in the consumer electronics, insurance, construction, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and technology sectors and has secured significant victories for his clients, both on dispositive motions and on appeal.
Prior to joining the firm, Sal graduated cum laude with a concentration in advocacy from Cornell Law School, where he also served as an editor on the Cornell Law Review. While in law school, he interned for Senior Judge Munley in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. After graduating, Sal clerked for the Honorable Albert Diaz of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
