Mike Doman is Of Counsel in Quinn Emanuel’s Washington, DC office. His practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, with a particular emphasis on Section 337 investigations before the U.S. International Trade Commission (“ITC”). Over the past decade, Mike has appeared before the ITC in over forty Section 337 investigations, representing complainants, respondents, and third parties. Mike has also represented clients in intellectual property litigation before U.S. District Courts.

Mike has been recognized multiple times by the Legal 500 in the field of Section 337 litigation and has been named a “Rising Star” by Managing IPPatexia consistently ranks Mike among the most active and best performing attorneys at the ITC. Mike is the former Chair of the ITC Committee of the American Bar Association Section of Intellectual Property Law and is also an elected member of the Fellows of the American Bar Foundation, a global honorary society of attorneys. Prior to joining the firm, Mike worked at a Washington, DC-based boutique law firm, where he focused on Section 337 investigations.
