Andrew Faisman is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. He joined the firm in 2022 and rejoined in 2026 following a clerkship for the Honorable Denise L. Cote in the Southern District of New York. His practice focuses on antitrust litigation, class actions, and technology platforms, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Andrew attended Columbia Law School, where he was a James Kent Scholar and a member of the Columbia Law Review. Prior to law school, Andrew worked as a senior manager at a leading healthcare software company, where he specialized in IT architecture and database technology.
