Carly Fein is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. She joined the firm in 2024. Her practice focuses primarily on complex patent litigation in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries. Carly’s experience also includes litigating and advising clients across various industries on matters involving patent, trade secret, trademark and copyright law and related topics such as licensing and contract disputes. Carly is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Carly’s research and industry experience in the biological and life sciences space helps to inform her litigation strategies. Carly graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2015 with her B.S. in Biology. Prior to her legal career, Carly worked in product development for a large medical device company and as a research intern in Department of Human Genetics at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
