Kaitlyn Flynn is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office, where her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm in 2024, Kaitlyn clerked at the District of New Jersey for the Honorable Christine P. O’Hearn and at the New Jersey Supreme Court for the Honorable Justice Faustino J. Fernandez-Vina.
She also practiced environmental litigation at a large law firm prior to joining Quinn Emanuel. Kaitlyn is licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
