Rob Fuqua is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Los Angeles office. He represents investors, investment managers, and companies large and small in financial and commercial disputes, including cases involving broken deals, financial misconduct, and failed software implementations. Many of his cases are highly technical, arising from complex private-market investments or evolving technologies. Rob represents both plaintiffs and defendants in disputes that often reach nine figures, and he plays a leading role in the firm's digital-asset and blockchain practice.
Rob rejoined the firm in 2022 after serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Michael W. Fitzgerald on the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Before becoming a trial lawyer, Rob served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army and is a graduate of U.S. Army Ranger School.
