Patrick Gildea is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s San Francisco office. He joined the firm in 2025. His practice focuses on intellectual property, trade secrets, international trade, and other complex commercial litigation.
Patrick graduated from Georgetown University Law Center, where he served on the Georgetown Law Technology Review and participated in the Civil Rights Clinic. Prior to law school, he worked as a patent agent on patent prosecution matters before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Patrick graduated from the University of Virginia with two bachelor of science degrees in computer science and chemical engineering.
