Yehuda Goor is a partner in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. His practice focuses on high-stakes complex litigation, representing companies and individuals in major commercial disputes in state and federal courts nationwide, often with a cross-border component. Yehuda has litigated across a broad range of areas, including disputes about M&A deals, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, and other contentious business matters, with a special emphasis on the finance, investment, tech, insurance, and energy sectors. He also has extensive experience in multinational litigation to enforce foreign and domestic judgments and arbitral awards, with substantial matters spanning multiple jurisdictions and against sovereign states and instrumentalities.
Admitted to practice in both New York and Israel, Yehuda provides strategic counsel to clients facing thorny legal issues in both jurisdictions. He often represents Israeli companies and individuals in U.S. litigation and regulatory matters, and advises international clients on cross-border issues involving Israel, leveraging his deep familiarity with the Israeli legal and regulatory systems.
Prior to joining Quinn Emanuel, Yehuda practiced law in the New York office of another international law firm. He also served as a legal officer at the United Nations in New York, where he represented the Secretary-General in litigation and advised senior officials on international law and policy issues. Yehuda began his legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Uzi Vogelman of the Supreme Court of Israel.
