Anna Grunseit is Of Counsel in Quinn Emanuel’s Sydney office. She joined the firm in 2026. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and arbitration, including cross-border and multi-jurisdictional actions, alongside domestic litigation in state and Federal courts.
Prior to joining the firm, Anna worked in the disputes practice of an independent Australian firm, following nearly a decade practicing in the London international litigation and arbitration team of a US-headquartered firm. In her prior roles, she was involved in litigation across all levels of the Australian and English court system, in the Court of Justice of the European Union, commercial and investment treaty arbitrations under various institutions and rules (ACICA, LCIA, ICSID, UNCITRAL), and offshore litigation (including in Cyprus, Isle of Man, BVI, Cayman, Mauritius and India). This work involved a diverse range of legal issues, including complex contractual matters, shareholder and company rights, equitable remedies, judicial review, intellectual property protections, competition and consumer law, for clients across many sectors and jurisdictions.
Anna is qualified to practice in both Australia (New South Wales and Federal) and England & Wales (as a solicitor advocate). Anna holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Cambridge.
