Cristina Henriquez is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Silicon Valley office. She handles complex civil litigation at the trial and appellate level in state and federal courts throughout the country. She has represented clients at judicial and arbitral hearings, shareholder meetings, and bankruptcy proceedings. She also has experience in presenting oral argument at the trial and appellate level, preparing various motions and briefs in federal and state courts across the country, managing document production, conducting factual investigation, working with experts, and analyzing complex legal issues and strategizing on appropriate courses of action.
Prior to joining the firm, Cristina externed for Judge Edward M. Chen of the Northern District of California and interned in the Law and Policy Litigation Department of the American Civil Liberties Union of Northern California.
