A seasoned trial lawyer, Nick has obtained successful outcomes for clients as both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts across the United States in matters involving the False Claims Act, Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (“RICO”) Act, and claims for fraud, defamation, extortion, and breaches of contract, among others.
