Jacob Kirschenbaum is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. He joined the firm in 2023 and rejoined in 2025. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, and he maintains an active pro bono practice. Prior to rejoining the firm, Jacob clerked for the Honorable James O. Browning in the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico.
