James Leadill is a Senior Associate and Solicitor-Advocate in Quinn Emanuel’s London office. He joined the firm in 2023. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and arbitration. James has a particular interest in issues relating to contractual interpretation, termination, valuation and quantum. James has acted in proceedings in a wide variety of common and civil law jurisdictions and has authored expert reports on English law for the Russian Courts. Prior to joining the firm, James worked in the London and Moscow offices of a leading international law firm and spent time on secondment at BAE Systems, Lloyds Bank and Aercap.
