Nicholas LoCastro is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. His practice focuses on pharmaceutical patent litigation and pharmaceutical contract disputes. He joined the firm in 2016.
Mr. LoCastro has represented clients in Hatch-Waxman litigations involving a wide array of pharmaceutical technologies, including drug devices, drug formulations, and method of treatment claims.
Mr. LoCastro has experience in all stages of patent litigation, including claim construction, discovery, trial, and appeal.
Mr. LoCastro’s practice also includes counseling clients on patent strategy, IP portfolio evaluation, pharmaceutical contract disputes, and an assortment of regulatory matters.
Mr. LoCastro received his J.D. from the University of California School of Law at Los Angeles in 2016, graduating in the top-10 in his class. He earned a B.A. in history, summa cum laude, from Tufts University in 2012.
