William Locke is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Boston office. He joined the firm in 2025. His practice focuses on individuals and companies facing government investigations, criminal charges, and complex civil disputes.
Before joining the firm, William was a law clerk at the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. During law school, he was a 3:03 prosecutor in the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office, a judicial intern at the Massachusetts Superior Court, and a legal intern at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Boston. He also worked as a teaching fellow and research assistant.
Prior to law school, William served as an infantry officer in the U.S. Marine Corps.
