Kathleen Marini is a litigator with deep experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes disputes in federal and state court and arbitral forums across the country.
Recognized as a top commercial litigator by Boston Magazine and a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers, Kathleen regularly handles trade secret litigation, cases involving complex technology and patent issues, and commercial disputes involving contract, licensing, and employment issues. Her clients include life sciences and technology companies, venture capital firms, startups, major consulting firms, and hedge funds.
Before joining Quinn, Kathleen clerked for the First Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Prior to her clerkships, Kathleen worked at another international law firm in Boston.
Kathleen graduated from Columbia Law School, where she was recognized as a James Kent Scholar and Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
