- Represented C.R. Bard in a patent infringement litigation involving implantable vascular access ports in the District of Delaware. The jury found in our favor on all issues, including infringement, validity and willfulness.
- On behalf of C.R. Bard, obtained summary judgment of non-infringement regarding an implantable vascular access port patent in the District of Utah.
- Represented Vifor Fresenius in four Hatch-Waxman cases involving the phosphate adsorber Velphoro. One case proceeded to trial in the District of Delaware and we prevailed on all issues. The cases settled favorably.
- Represented Amgen in the District of Delaware, on appeal at the Federal Circuit and before the Supreme Court in connection with a written description and enablement challenge of an antibody patent.
