Chiara joined Quinn Emanuel’s Zurich office as an associate in 2025. She specializes in complex Swiss and cross-border civil litigation and white collar crime. She is admitted to practice before all courts in Switzerland and has, among others, successfully assisted in matters before the Federal Supreme Court. She represents clients in German, French, Italian and English.
Chiara previously completed her legal traineeship at Quinn Emanuel’s Zurich office. Prior to joining Quinn Emanuel, Chiara clerked for the Honorable Judge Zünd at the European Court of Human Rights. In this capacity she drafted opinions for Judge Zünd, prepared case notes on admissibility in complex applications, and helped write draft judgments on cases presenting novel issues in human rights law. Previously, Chiara worked as the legal advisor to a renowned foundation active in strategic environmental litigation, where she developed case strategies and co-drafted submissions in matters before an international tribunal. Chiara has also been a research assistant in private international law at the University of Geneva, and, for two years, served as the in-house legal advisor to a software company based in Switzerland.
Chiara holds a Master of Law from the University of Geneva and completed a semester abroad at Harvard Law School, where she also volunteered as a student attorney. She also holds a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor in International Relations from the University of Geneva. She won the Faculty Prize for her Bachelor’s Thesis in Law and International Relations and graduated from her Bachelor of Law degree as class valedictorian, for which she obtained the Prix Schellenberg Wittmer.
Beyond her professional work, Chiara writes and publishes about ESG litigation and legal protections of the environment. She also lends her leadership to non-profit organizations and commissions focused on climate action.
