Jovanna Panayi is a senior associate in Quinn Emanuel’s London office. She joined the firm in 2020. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and international arbitration.
Jovanna has experience in both litigation and arbitration pertaining to various types of disputes, including tax disputes, shareholder disputes and those arising in a restructuring and insolvency context. She has acted for high net-worth individuals, large multinational corporates and insolvency officeholders.
Prior to joining the firm, Jovanna gained experience at a number of leading law firms in Cyprus. Jovanna received her Masters from the University of Oxford where she was awarded the Law Faculty Prize in Tax Research Round Table. She also holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Surrey.
