Pooja Parekh

Pooja Parekh is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. Her practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, with an emphasis on patent disputes involving complex technologies.

Pooja’s experience spans all stages of litigation, including pre-suit investigation, fact and expert discovery, deposition preparation, dispositive motions, and trial preparation. She has worked on matters involving a range of technologies, including computer network systems, semiconductor devices, and software.

Pooja brings both a technical background as an electrical engineer and significant courtroom experience to her practice. Prior to joining the firm, Pooja served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Domestic Violence Bureau of the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office, where she prosecuted complex criminal matters and led investigations.
