Gene Park

Gene Park is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Dallas and New York offices. Gene’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, and he has represented many notable clients in a wide array of matters, including those involving anti-trust violations, breach of contract, intellectual property misappropriation, mass torts, and securities fraud. Prior to joining Quinn Emanuel, Gene obtained his law degree from Harvard Law School and clerked on the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Prior to law school, Gene served as a police office for New York Police Department precincts in Harlem and the South Bronx.
