Matt Roznovak is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Austin office. His practice focuses on all stages of complex commercial litigation—from inception to discovery, motion practice, trial, and resolution—with a focus on comprehensive and multifaceted expert and fact discovery. Matt has broad and extensive experience with complicated evidentiary and factual development and electronic discovery (including document retention, collection, searching, filtering, responsiveness and privilege reviews, privilege logs, and productions). Matt has worked on a wide variety of litigation related to topics such as mortgage-backed securities, intellectual property, civil RICO, founders’ disputes, breaches of contract, broken deals, expedited trials, and arbitration confirmation and vacatur proceedings. Prior to joining the firm, Matt worked as a management consultant on substantial Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software implementations for large public-services clients. Matt earned dual J.D./M.B.A. graduate degrees from Case Western Reserve University and studied Spanish-language business management courses abroad in Costa Rica.
