Daniel Rust is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Chicago office. He joined the firm in 2025. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. He graduated with honors from Columbia Law School, where he served as a Senior Staff Editor on the Columbia Law Review. Before law school, Daniel worked in the legal department of a boutique investment bank and in indigent criminal defense.
