Isaac Saidel-Goley is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Boston office.  He has extensive experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in complex civil litigation, government enforcement defense, and white-collar criminal defense — with particular expertise in cross-border disputes.  Isaac has never lost a case.

Isaac has broad experience representing clients in high-stakes litigation, arbitration, and government agency proceedings.  He has handled a wide variety of litigation — including fraud, defamation, securities, financial services, intellectual property, healthcare, technology and artificial intelligence, competition, consumer class actions, and contractual disputes — in federal and state courts throughout the United States, as well as in arbitral forums and proceedings before government agencies.

Isaac has handled all stages of litigation, including strategy development, pleadings, motion practice, discovery, summary judgment, trial, and appeal.  He regularly represents clients at trial and on appeal.  Most recently, he successfully represented an international plaintiff in a nine-figure dispute involving claims under both U.S. and Colombian law.  Before that, he successfully defended one of the world’s largest asset managers and secured a trial verdict and appellate decision dismissing a ten-figure claim.

Isaac also has an active pro bono practice and has represented wrongfully convicted persons seeking to establish their innocence, human trafficking victims and death row inmates in civil rights litigation, individuals seeking asylum, and disabled tenants facing eviction.

Isaac obtained his law degree in 2017 from Harvard Law School, where he graduated with honors and won several Dean’s Scholar Prizes.  He joined Quinn Emanuel in 2022, before which he spent several years as a litigation associate at another international law firm.
