Meg Sanborn-Lowing is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. She joined the firm in 2025. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on corporate governance and M&A litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Meg worked as a judicial law clerk for Chancellor Kathaleen St. J. McCormick of the Delaware Court of Chancery. Meg also spent several years at a leading litigation firm representing institutional investors in fiduciary duty class actions. Before law school, Meg worked at another prominent firm as a legal assistant working on government investigations, internal investigations, and securities class actions. She has extensive experience in all stages of litigation including mediations and trial.
