Manuel Sanchez is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Miami office. He joined the firm in 2025. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Manuel served as a law clerk for the Honorable Dennis Jacobs of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Before his clerkship, Manuel was an associate at a large litigation law firm in New York, where he worked on white collar criminal defense matters, including FCPA cases, antitrust class actions, and internal and government investigations. He also previously worked at a large corporate law firm in New York, where his practice included mergers and acquisitions and defending publicly traded companies facing shareholder activism campaigns.
