Patrick Schwaiger

Patrick Schwaiger is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Sydney office. He joined the firm in 2026. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, representing clients in regulatory investigations, enforcement proceedings, class actions, and significant commercial disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Patrick worked at another major law firm, where he advised on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters across Australian jurisdictions. He also served as a government litigator at the Australian Taxation Office earlier in his career, acting on strategic litigation and contentious tax matters. Patrick focused on employment law and industrial relations at Ai Group before his admission. He graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Economics, and is admitted as a solicitor to both the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
