Jannika Seidl is a German qualified lawyer (Rechtsanwältin) and an associate in our Stuttgart office. She joined the firm in 2026. Her practice focuses on patent litigation and commercial disputes.
Jannika graduated from the University of Freiburg in 2020 with a specialization in Intellectual Property. She received her Ph.D. in law (Dr. iur.) from the University of Freiburg in 2024, where she worked as a research assistant for Professor Maximilian Haedicke at the Chair of Intellectual Property and Competition Law. In 2025, she completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Stuttgart, with stages inter alia at Quinn Emanuel and a German law firm with focus on patent litigation.
Jannika is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR) and the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI).
