Chelsea Sincox is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. She joined the firm in 2024 after working as a law clerk to Judge Richard C. Tallman of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Chelsea graduated from the University of Texas School of Law with Honors, where she served as Administrative Editor of the Texas Law Review and worked as a clinical student at Texas’s Supreme Court Clinic. Chelsea received her Bachelor of Arts in Government from Cornell University with a minor in Inequality Studies, where she was also a member of the Varsity Volleyball team.
