Seth Todd is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Austin office. He joined the firm in 2022. Seth’s practice focuses on complex commercial and intellectual property disputes, with an emphasis on patent litigation. Seth has successfully guided his clients through all phases of litigation, from pre-complaint investigations through trial and appeal.

Seth’s technical experience includes representing clients in industries including semiconductors, optics, automotive, aviation, electronics, computer hardware and software, and medical devices. He draws on his strong academic and research background in condensed matter physics, laser optics, nanotechnologies, photovoltaics, spintronics, and radiotherapy.
