Byron Turner is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s London office. He joined the firm in 2026. His practice focuses on intellectual property litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Byron worked as a solicitor in the specialist intellectual property litigation team of a large multinational law firm, based in Australia. While there, he worked primarily on multinational patent litigation, trade mark and copyright disputes in superior courts, and advised on issues relating to consumer law, passing off, and confidential information. Byron has particular experience working on litigation with high-tech subject matter.
