London partner Kate Vernon to speak at collective litigation event organized by Oxera

On October 11, London partner Kate Vernon will be speaking at a Europe-wide in-person discussion on collective litigation, organized by Oxera.

As part of the London section of the event, Kate will be part of a panel discussing the fundamental questions in UK collective litigation, including the tension between direct purchaser and indirect purchaser claims; the future of opt-out business claims; and if there is a conflict between return and redress in funding arrangements.
